Aftercare

Temperature

Helium Balloons

Transportation

Keep indoors at room temperature - avoid direct sunlight, extreme heat, or
cold. High temperatures can cause helium/air to expand and balloons to pop.
Cold temperatures may make foil balloons appear deflated but will recover at room
temperature . Please keep extreme temperature fluctuations to
a minimum as this will affect the quality and longetivity of your balloons

Transportation

Helium Balloons

Transportation

For collections, please arrive with an empty car and back seats lay flat.
Do not leave balloons in cars - heat and cold can cause them to burst or deflate.
When arrived at your location, place balloons in a cool dark room, away from
any heaters or direct sunlight.

more for foil balloons, providing the correct aftercare is followed.
High temperatures can cause helium to expand and balloons to pop.
Cold temperatures may make balloons appear deflated but will recover at room
temperature.
Avoid open windows, fans, and rough ceilings to prevent tangling or popping.

Enviromental & Safety

Latex balloons may develop a frosted or cloudy look when exposed to air over time - this is a natural process and not a defect. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable
